Description

Avon and Wiltshire Partnership NHS Trust wishes to invite expressions of interest from experienced providers for the provision of our Detained Transport Service. We require a provider of services who can provide a comprehensive, high quality, responsive, confidential, cost effective and local Detained Transport Service for children, adults and older adults to a geographically dispersed Trust. To include provision of a range of conveyances for service users detained or likely to be detained under the Mental Health Act, including admission, transfers, court, conveyance associated with section 135 of the MHA & admission from place of safety, treatments & interventions. There will also be a requirement to provide services for out of area journeys. Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership provides services across Bristol, South Glos, North Somerset, Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath & North East Somerset. Prospective bidders will be required to demonstrate how they will work in partnership
