Description
This is a 12 month contract for the provision of support to individuals involved with street based lifestyles such as rough sleeping and street drinking. The purpose of this service is to provide a range of support to people engaged in or at risk of rough sleeping and associated activities such as street drinking and begging. This support will include the delivery of Assertive Outreach on the street and other settings where individuals at risk of rough sleeping, street drinking and begging may be located. It also includes the delivery of 24 hour onsite support for people at risk of rough sleeping who have been placed into an emergency accommodation solution as an interim to them moving into more settled accommodation
