Description

As originally advertised in the OJEU under Reference 2020/S 232-573857 dated 27th November 2020, the Authority has a requirement for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Machine Tools / Workshop Equipment. This requirement was split into two separate lots; comprising: LOT1 - An Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) Die Sink Machine; and LOT2 - A 5-Axis Machining Centre This procurement has been undertaken under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 under the Open Procedure. Suppliers wishing to tender for this requirement (whether LOT1, LOT2 or both LOTS) were able to access the procurement documents which were available for unrestricted and direct access, free of charge, and tenders were submitted electronically via https://in-tendhost.co.uk/dstl/aspx/home Full details of the Authority's requirements, including the associated Statements of Requirement, and Tender Assessment Criteria were provided in the documentation available from the above website.
