Description

This specification defines the requirements for Maintenance and Support to undertake preventative and corrective maintenance to the whole of the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) and Fabric installed at the three International Passenger Stations on High Speed 1 and the depot at Singlewell. It shall also include a storage facility at Camley Street, an office at Ripple Road in Dagenham, and BTP offices in Car Park D (Ebbsfleet), which three properties shall be referred to as the Minor properties. This specification also details the general planning, organisational, safety and technical requirements relating to all of the service required. It defines the conditions for carrying out the service and the logistical tools made available to the Contractor by NR (High Speed)
