Description

The contract is to invite Tenders for the supply of services in respect of the provision of the Bikeability scheme. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Contract Manager identified by the Council (Northamptonshire Highways). Bikeability is ‘cycling proficiency’ for the 21st century, designed to give the next generation the skills and confidence to ride their bikes on today’s roads. It is a national scheme, funded by the Department for Transport and run to national standards. There are three Bikeability levels, with each level designed to help improve children’s cycling skills, no matter what they know already.
