Lot 1: Data Collection To undertake a data collection exercise to include a consistent, transparent methodology and structure for the development of the BSLCEMP for data collection and modelling of current and future energy statuses to facilitate Lot 2; this will include both demand side and supply side, as well as infrastructure.
