Description
It is the intention to award contracts under the Most Suitable Provider Process for the provision of Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project to enhance Routine Childhood Immunisation uptake for 0-5 years in the following area: • Lot 2 - Hull and East Riding The Health and Social Care Act 2012 set out a Local Authority's statutory responsibility for commissioning public health services for children and young people aged 0 to 19 years, this includes the requirement for Local Authority's to commission 0 to 5 years Health Visitor Services. In order to deliver the Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project, the MSPs MUST hold a current and valid commissioned Health Visitor Service Contract with the Local Authority within the designated lots/localities for which they are expressing an interest in.
