Description

The commission requires an estimated 16 300 t of Limestone rock armour in sizes 1-3 t to be delivered to the site. Deliveries will be required to access the site from the Maryport end of the A596 and head towards Crosscanonby to avoid Crosscanonby Village. Once underway the works will require a constantdelivery of stone 6 days a week to keep up with the coastal protection works. The works are estimated to last 10 weeks subject to weather conditions.
