Description
Provision of the Car Club. Award of a concession contract for a single operator to provide a membership-based pay as you go round-trip Car Club within the Devon County Council administrative area, initially focused around Exeter. In addition to Devon County Council, partner locations will include those of The University of Exeter. Sites of other partners may be included in the future. The service will satisfy the national CoMoUK Car Club Accreditation criteria, and the supplier maintain full accredited status throughout the contract period.
