Description
The Cluster for Epigenomics and Antibody drug conjugate (ADC) Therapeutics (CEAT) is a GBP 2.6m project, led by the Reproductive Biology and Gynaecological Oncology (RBGO) group at Swansea University Medical School and is aimed at developing new therapeutics for the treatment of ovarian cancer. The purchase will include instrumentation to hybrid with the Zeiss 510 confocal capacity currently on site and will include provision to image and force characterise the interactions between target compounds and their intended drug delivery moieties/target cells, using all available AFM data channels (specifically height and mechanical z scale information).
