Description
The Authority has awarded Framework Agreements for each Lot. The maximum number of providers to be awarded a Framework Agreement for each Lot is 30 for Lot 1 and 5 for Lot 2. It is the Authority’s preliminary view that TUPE may apply in respect of this Contract. The proposed Contract will be for an initial period of 5 years to commence on 1st April 2026, with an option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for a further period or periods up to a total of 2 years, taking the contract term to a maximum of 7 years. The Invitation to Tender document and its appendices and all other documentation issued to Tenderers sets out the details of the Authority’s requirements.
