Description
East Ayrshire Council require to set up a flexible Framework Agreement with community organisations to provide a Peer Outreach Service within specific communities as identified by the Council as funding is made available. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further year. Due to the nature of the service, as there are currently community organisations providing a service within 3 of our 4 areas, these organisations will continue to provide the service as long as they pass this application process, therefore other organisations will only be requested to apply for these areas through another Contract Notice if one of the existing organisations fail, ie Dalmellington & Bellsbank, Kilmarnock (North West) and Cumnock/Auchinleck.
