Description
This is a contract award notice. The contract provides early intervention & prevention of person centred, needs led support, contributing to improving the understanding of autism, provision of support strategies & information to improve quality of life. These in turn generate positive experiences that reduce the risk of crisis for the autistic young person & their family & prevent the escalation into adulthood where the impact on education, employment & social care are evident. The maximum annual budget available is a maximum of £102 ,000 The contract aims are to: Equip parents and other family members with specific knowledge and skills, so they can better support the CYP at home/in the community, providing a tangible benefit to the family as a whole.
