Advice on the Welsh Language Act 1993 or any other legislation, regulation or advice relevant to the Commissioner and the implementation of the Commissioner's powers, duties and functions. Matters relating to the implementation of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 and the Welsh Language Act 1993, the Commissioner's powers, functions and duties in relation to other British, European and International legislation. The ability to access barrister services where appropriate.
