North West London Integrated Care Board has appointed a high quality, professional and experienced provider of project management, engagement and consultancy support, in relation to the voluntary and community sector in the Bi Borough - Central London (Westminster) and West London (RBKC).<br/><br/>Kensington & Chelsea Social Council will coordinate and maximise the community assets for Vibrant and Healthy Communities programme.
