"This notice relates to Online counselling and emotional well-being support service providing young people aged 11-18 years, and up to 25 years for vulnerable groups e.g. care leaver; SEND; (for Camden and Islington) with a free, safe and secure means of accessing support from a professional team of qualified counsellors.<br/>This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C.<br/>The annual value of the contract is £160,000.00<br/>The lifetime value of the contract is £320,000.00<br/>The expiring contract ends 31/03/2026<br/>The contract term will be 2 Years with No Option to Extend<br/>The contract will start 01/04/2026 and end 31/03/2028"
