Description
The main panel provides the majority of the legal services required by the Utilities, on a non-exclusive basis, including without limitation: Commercial and innovation, competition and procurement law, construction, data protection, environmental, regulatory and health and safety, employment and pensions, real estate including real estate litigation and planning, regulatory prosecutions and defences of environmental regulatory offences, strategic resource options and direct procurement for customers, water industry regulation and licence and small corporate. Non-regulated business within the Severn Trent Plc group may also purchase legal services from Lot 1.
