Description
Southend-on-Sea City Council manage and maintain multiple Public Buildings including some Educational Facilities. Lot 1 involves the regular planned maintenance and responsive repairs to the City's Platform Lifts. The Council has concluded that its requirements are best achieved by appointing one supplier under this Lot to deliver the service under the JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition.
