Lot 1 - Culturally Sensitive Substance Use Support- Black People This notice is an intention to conclude a framework agreement using the competitive process The framework will run for a maximum period of four years (2+1+1 years), to start on 1st April 2026, at a cost of up to £11,155,000. The framework will be used by City and Hackney's Public Health Service. This is a new framework agreement.
