The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 does not apply to this award. The contract will be awarded by NHS South East London ICB (hereafter referred to as "The Authority") to the existing provider following a Direct Award Process C for the following services: Tier 3 Intermediate Community Dermatology delivers treatment for a range of non-complex care to Bexley and Greenwich residents in community settings closer to patients' homes.
