Description
Bishop Challoner Catholic Federation of Schools has a separate Girls School, Boys School and 6th Form located on one site in Shadwell (London Borough of Tower Hamlets). Currently there are approximately 1,500 pupils across all 3 ‘schools’. The GCSE results are continuously improving and pupils achieve excellent A-level results. There are 170 teaching and administrative staff. There is one main school kitchen and servery that all 3 ‘schools’ use for catering, as well as an outside pod and 6th form coffee shop. The Tender: The tender project is seeking to appoint a Contractor whose initiative and innovation will be welcomed for the provision of service within the existing facilities of the school, with a focus on exciting new food concepts to satisfy a wide range of pupil tastes and dietary requirements.
