Description
South Lanarkshire Council acts as the lead authority for a collaboration of thirteen Scottish Councils located in the West of Scotland, known as the “Weather Forecast Partnership”. As lead authority for the Weather Forecast Partnership, South Lanarkshire Council invited bids from companies that were interested in being appointed to provide weather forecasting and weather station maintenance services for the thirteen Councils who are members of the Weather Forecast Partnership A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was published on Public Contracts Scotland on the 13th of May 2022 to gauge interest in the market which resulted in two expressions of interest.
