Description
Care at home and housing support encompasses personal and community support including practical and personal care and support which enables individuals to do things for themselves, rather than doing things to or doing things for individuals. Lot 1 of the Framework will be split into 8 block areas with 2 guaranteed block contracts in each within East Ayrshire and Service Providers will be able to apply for one or more areas, but will not be eligible for 2 block contracts within a single area (refer to the Framework Description/Specification for details). The Framework will be flexible to allow new entrants to join Lot 1 on an as required basis (refer to Operation of Framework section within the ITT documents). Additional information: Option to extend for a further 3 x one-year
