Description
Crawley Borough Council is inviting tenders for partnering consultants to provide CDM Principal Designer consultancy services. This will include providing general advice and implementation to all the Council’s professional services in developing new build and refurbishment projects, providing general advice and implementation of the Council’s housing refurbishment and asset improvement programme, and other associated services. Based on current and anticipated expenditure, Crawley Borough Council estimates that it may spend £23,000 per annum; however, this is subject to fluctuating demand, external funding arrangements, and other circumstances. Therefore the actual value may vary considerably from the estimation provided, and the Council does not guarantee any volume or value for the contract.
