The call-off contract is awarded via Direct Award under the CCS Fuel Cards and Associated Services VI FW – RM6186. Allstar Business Solutions are the only provider on the Framework willing to accept our embedded card system at local garages within South Lanarkshire, Fleet Services operate for security reasons. Therefore a call-off contract is awarded for technical reasons.
