Description
Like most utilities our management population tends to be made up of people that have progressed their career within the organisation. Following on the successful implementation of a level 3 and level 5 chartered management apprenticeship, we are looking for a higher level for senior leaders and those who have already completed level 5 or has equivalent experience. We see this as an opportunity to provide high quality leadership training, tailored to suit our business, delivered against a recognised standard, which maximises the apprenticeship levy. To do this, we recognise that having an experienced partner to help us deliver this would be highly advantageous.
