Description
The scope of this lot is for design, supply and installation of outdoor play areas which will include outdoor play parks, outdoor gym parks and outdoor learning areas. Whilst this is a national framework for Scotland, within the Procurement Documents, Tenderers are able to select which geographical areas (by local authority area) they are able to service. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
