Organise and deliver physical health assessment including weight check, bloods and Electrocardiogram (ECG) where appropriate and communicate results to the eating disorder service for interpretation and action for GP registered patients. This notice is confirmation of an award having been made due to an urgent circumstance . -The lifetime value of the contract is £3300 The services is to be provided between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025
