Description
We expect suppliers have their plan approved by Social Care Wales and ADSS Cymru before commencing the assessment process. It is expected that the planning phase be completed by the end of June 2023, with the assessments and reporting completed in the remainder of 2023/24. Further budget may be available in 2024 if work identified during the lifespan of the project. This work will be conducted at the chosen suppliers day-rates. Social Care Wales and ADSS Cymru will provide the names and contact details for the project team as well as local authority contacts at the beginning of the contract. Assessments can be conducted concurrently if desired. It is important that local authorities understand the following before commencement of the assessment: a) The time requirements that are placed upon them. b) The personnel that will be required to take part c) Any prior documentation, information, systems architecture, business processes, roles and responsibilities etc. Please refer to ITT for …
