Homes England and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) are working through its Strategic Place Partnership in driving forward housing delivery in each of the 6 Local Authorities in the city-region, to meet new annual housing targets within this Parliament of 6,600.\r Both partners are committed to developing a single pipeline for the city-region, aligning collective resources and expertise to deliver shared ambitions on regeneration and housing.
