Description
The school currently operates the cleaning services in-house and has taking the decision to participate in a tender process with the intension of outsourcing the service to a professional cleaning company. The contract is estimated to commence from the start of April 2025 and will be operated on an annual fixed price basis be for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend by a further 2 periods of 1 year. Coleridge Primary School supports the London Living Wage and a number of the current staff are members of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
