Description
Arden and GEM Commissioning Support Unit (AGEM) was seeking to let a Framework Agreement for the provision of Integrated Resource Management Planning Technology Partners. The systems were required to be agile and have the flexibility to respond to evolving technology and operational requirements as these emerge. AGEM developed a new service offering for customers which enabled customers to join as members with an annual fee which is scaled according to the requirements of the customer and the size of the organisation. AGEM subsequently required system partner(s) to enable this vision. The vision is to provide both a strategic planning tool to enable population level integrated planning and a range of connected operational planning tools to support effective resource management.
