Description
The contract covers the provision of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism diagnostic, assessment, and treatment pathway services for patients across the NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board footprint. The contract will commence on 01 April 2026 for a period of three years, with the option to extend for an additional two years. The relevant authority intends to award this contract under the Direct Award Process B under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024 do not apply to this award. Contract start date: 01 April 2026 Contract end date: 31 March 2031 Payments are made on an activity-based tariff system, with charges applied upon completion of each assessment or activity. This is an existing service. This is a new provider.
