Description
Derry City and Strabane District Council invite suppliers to tender for PeacePlus Ballyarnett Early Years. Derry City and Strabane District Council are seeking an organisation to co-ordinate and deliver an Early Years project focused within Ballyarnett DEA (predominantly CNR) but will outreach to recruit Parents, Toddlers and Early Years from across the City, District and Cross-border to meet cross-community requirements. The project will consist of 2 specific elements: 1. Parents and toddler’s-based element: Minimum target of 50 participants (Mixture of parents and children mainly under 5) engage in a range of workshops relevant to ages and stages of development. Includes Respecting Difference aspect to help break the cycle of sectarianism, racism, xenophobia and ‘othering’ in all its forms to ensure a better society for all children. 2.
