Cardiff & Vale University Health Board is procuring a Mental Health Supported Accommodation and Housing‑Related Support Service for adults with mental health needs who are stepping down from inpatient settings or higher‑level placements and moving into community‑based living. The service will operate across 26 supported accommodation units, offering person‑centred and trauma‑informed support to help individuals stabilise, develop independent living skills, manage their mental health, sustain their accommodation, and progress towards appropriate long‑term housing.
