Description
The contract is for the routine service, maintenance and testing of all communal fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and smoke control equipment including emergency call out cover 24 hours per day 365 days per year. The Contract also includes for the annual Portable Appliance Testing of Selwood electrical equipment, as required.
