Description
Guinness Developments Limited ("GDL") intends to enter into an agreement for the purchase of land and an associated build contract with housing developer Stonebond Properties (Guildford) Limited. This is a traditional land and build "package deal" brought to GDL by Stonebond Properties. The scheme will result in the construction of 90 affordable homes on land on the East side of Petersfield Road, Havant, also know as Bartons Road, Havant. It will comprise 58 rented and 32 shared ownership properties. Stonebond have arranged to purchase the site from a private vendor and have submitted a detailed planning application. The package deal will be comprised of GDL entering into a contract for the construction of new homes on the land with Stonebond Properties (which is the subject of this notice), and a simultaneous purchase of the land by GDL.
