Description
Contractor required to complete FRA on our property stock, to provide an assessment of the risk to life from fire in the premises and, where appropriate, to make recommendations to ensure compliance with UK fire safety legislation. Secondly, the report will assess property protection to help reduce and manage the potential for expensive property loss in the event of a fire (risk to property). Therefore, each FRA should highlight as separate items the risk to life and the risk to property.
