Description

NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (Lead Commissioner) on behalf of South-West ICBs sought to secure a provider who had the capacity and capability to deliver a South-West Crisis Text Service in line with the specified requirements. The crisis text service is a new service and defined by the comprehensive approach to supporting everyone in mental health crisis, irrespective of their background and demographics. The service aims to provide timely, accessible, and effective support including a range of interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of service users. From 01 April 2026 the South-West region ICBs are organised into 3 clustering arrangements. These clusters involve shared leadership/teams, but each ICB remains a separate statutory organisation: 1.
