Description
Younger Adults Supported Accommodation will have care and support attached to particular property. This could be from a few hours a week to 24/7 support with a team of support staff. The Council is committed to supporting individuals with a learning disability to live ordinary lives in good quality Supported Accommodation. They require specialist support for Younger Adults living in council-owned accommodation. These individuals are in the following client groups: People with a Learning Disability People with a Physical Disability/Sensory Impairment People with an enduring Mental Health condition People with Autism or Asperger's Syndrome The County Council has committed significant resources to this Service and will work closely with the Provider to ensure successful, effective and sustainable Service Delivery for the future.
