Description
The University wishes to establish a framework for the 'Provision of Specialist Temporary Agency Early Years Practitioners' using the OPEN procurement procedure. The University wishes to establish a framework with up to five (5) providers for the 'Provision of Specialist Temporary Agency Early Years Practitioners'. Page 5 to 8 The annual procurement spend is in the region of up to £540,000 but there is no guarantee that this level of spend during this new framework will be achieved. The agency margin will be fixed for the duration of the contract, although statutory costs and temporary worker hourly rates may be amended in line with government legislation. The Framework Agreement will last for a period of up to but not exceeding four (4) years (unless terminated under the Framework Agreement provisions).
