Description
This Contract relates to for the maintenance, servicing, repair and upgrading of Warden Call, CCTV & Door Entry Systems, together with the supply & fitting of replacement communal security doors and frames to Council owned flat blocks within the County Borough. Wrexham CBC has a duty to maintain Warden Call, CCTV & Door Entry Systems located at all sites within their property portfolio in line with regulatory guidelines. The successful Contractor will be required to deal with all types of works as specified, and complete such works, including all building works associated with the contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for visiting the site(s) to take all their own measurements, site surveys, necessary particulars and should arrange with the establishment for gaining access to the relevant areas.
