Description
The Strategic Workforce Planning software tool will enable National Grid to forecast headcount requirements based on attrition, hiring patterns and skills. The tool has the capability of integrating with other software and will enable the planning of scenarios to identify the best strategies in workforce planning. This will enable National Grid to fulfill current and future employee requirements.
