A contract has been awarded following a call off by re-opening competition under the Homes England, Development and Regeneration Technical Services (DARTS) Framework 2023-2027, Lot 1 - end-to-end technical and professional services. The overall objective of the commission is consultancy services to provide advice to the Council on whether in practical terms there is any realistic prospects that the level of residential development identified as being necessary to meet its future growth aspirations can be delivered, and in a way which will achieve the objectives of delivering sustainable development.
