Description
United Utilities (UU) require a supplier to undertake the collection of samples and refrigerated transportation from UU scientific services and analytical services of these collected samples in accordance with the parameters outlined in CIP4. Samples will be taken by UU samplers and transported to the main laboratory at Lingley Mere, Warrington for collection. The programme of analysis will run alongside AMP8 and the scope is currently being finalised. The required determinants and sample numbers will be detailed within any tender documentation. The UKWIR Chemicals Investigation Programme (CIP) is an ongoing research programme including a series of investigations into the occurrence, sources and removal of trace substances from the wastewater works.
