Description
The Consultant will work with the Client to develop a high-level delivery plan, optimise the programme, recommend solutions, work with construction partners to ensure constructability and identify and support in the management of risk and opportunities. The Consultant will be expected to work alongside UU to do an initial high-level assessment of the overall portfolio of the capital delivery requirements and agree the allocation of Requirements between each lot. The Consultant will support the Client in determining which runways is appropriate to the Requirement, “concept level” solution identification and related initial value engineering to inform that decision, as well as providing an integrated function to support project and solution definition, programme and project optimisation and easing interfaces through the project lifecycle.
