Description
This notice includes details of the value of the DPS from the initial commencement which is from 28th March 2023 for an initial 4 years, with the possibility of an optional 3-year extension. The initial term will end on the 27th of March 2027. The Council requires transportation providers to provide Home to School Transport and Transport for Adult Clients both older people with learning disabilities and complex needs. The purpose of this procurement is to establish a DPS for the provision of Transportation Services for Adults, Children, Looked after children and Young People with Special Educational Needs (SEND). The term of the contract is for 4 years with the possibility of an optional 3-year extension. The intention is that the DPS is an entirely electronic process and routes will be awarded to providers on the DPS using a Reverse E-Auction.
