Description
This notice is an intention to award a contract based on a framework agreement with a competition. Under the National Collaborative Framework for Adults (18+) in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Care Homes & Care Homes with Nursing for the National Health Service and Local Authorities in Wales, a placement is proposed between Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Local Health Board and Shaw Healthcare Group Limited. This proposed placement is initiated under Lot CS 7 (Care Home with nursing, mental health, with continuous staffing) of the Framework Agreement as a potential call-off contract. The proposed call off requirement was considered with the basic selection and key criterion as detailed below.
