Lot description Under the Traffic Management Act 2004 the Council has a duty to manage, regulate and provide for expeditious movement of traffic on its roads. In pursuance of its obligations the Council requires a specialist contractor to assist, maintain and provide a supply and maintenance service to Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and associated equipment.
