Description
In Temporary Supported Accommodation Service Users will be expected to be prepared to transition to a less intensively supported form of accommodation or independent accommodation with or without ongoing support. In Longer Term Supported Accommodation Service Users will be supported to maximise their independence and/or receive help to develop and maintain the skills to live as independently as possible. There is no expectation for move on if support needs are on-going however individuals may need support to move on to more appropriate accommodation in line with their support needs. Due to the range and complexity of needs a specialism related to a specific support need maybe requested for individual schemes i.e substance misuse, mental health.
